- Hosts have the opportunity to ‘test and impress’ a number of apprentices with a view to offering them work at the completion of their apprenticeship. Given their comprehensive training, EGT apprentices are always in high demand when they finish. They generally accept offers from those employers they know and like, so the earlier hosts get in, the better chance they have of employing apprentices in the long term.
- Uncomplicated employment arrangements with minimal paperwork. We take the stress out of managing employees by recruiting, monitoring, training, administering superannuation, workers compensation, discipline, grievances and payroll.
