Traineeships

What is a Traineeship?
A traineeship normally lasts for twelve to eighteen months and generally combines on and off the job training. Traineeships are nationally recognized and can provide a stepping stone to further employment, training or study. The amount of off-the-job training will depend on any previous training you may have done and the host employer’s capacity to provide training in the workplace.

Traineeships offer you the ability to earn money while you learn a qualification and build practical skills. 

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Strong Communication Skills.
• Liaise with customers, clients and management.
• Work closely with organisational teams.
• Self starter / Positive attitude.
• Have a police clearance.
• Must be fit and able to undertake manual tasks.
• Be able to pass a medical examination.
• Be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to pass a colour vision test.
• Have successfully completed year 10 or equivalent.
